You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, it may already be in production or shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible!
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days within Ireland and 5–10 business days internationally.
Yes! Every candle can be beautifully gift-wrapped. You can select this option at checkout.
Our candles are made from NatureWax 660, a natural and eco-friendly wax blend, infused with high-quality fragrance oils. They burn cleanly, smell amazing, and are cruelty-free.
When used as directed, yes. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep out of reach of children and pets.
Absolutely! Send us a little about the recipient and the vibe you want — we’ll craft a witty, caring, or heartfelt label just for them.
Personalised orders typically take 5–7 business days to craft and ship.
We want you to love your candles! If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting, and let the wax melt to the edges on the first burn to avoid tunneling.
Ensure the wick is centered and free of debris. If tunneling happens, you can carefully level the wax with a butter knife once it has cooled.
