A 3-Minute Ritual to Calm the Mind and Reconnect

1. Breathe with Intention

Close your eyes gently.
Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4... Hold for 4...
Exhale softly through your mouth for 6. Repeat 3 times and let your shoulders drop.

2. Step Into the Wild Glen

Picture yourself in a quiet glen—lush trees, birdsong, a soft breeze.
Feel your feet on mossy earth. The air is calm. You are supported. Silently say:
“I am grounded. I am safe. I can rest.”

3. Light & Let Go

Light a candle or melt. Watch the flame flicker. Let it carry your stress away with every gentle glow.
